Considering I slept in the day before and thus ate later in the day than normal, then slept less the next day, it is not surprising I see an upwards fluctuation. It is OK as I know I am losing weight. On top of that, the Ketostix show that I am in very deep Ketosis, which tells me that I am most definitely metabolizing Ketones (Burning Fat!) throughout the day.

I had a hard time eating much at work so I have to rework my food for today. I had to solo run my office, normally it is two manned, and it just was too hectic to really eat much. I got a snack in and ate lunch, so I am down two snacks and meal at this point. I'm making something different than planned and will see how it turns out. It's just cheese and pepperoni, but I felt like pizza and I knew I couldn't have any so I just went with this.
