Did reasonably well this week. Made a lot of good food choices and know what I need to do to get to my finish line. I want to stay on plan even when eating chocolate, found a toffee candy recipe on Pinterest that is absolutely amazing! Biggest part for me is gotta keep moving, 2.5 months to retirement and another 40 lbs to my first weight goal of 200 lbs.
