Morning all, So I got on the scale this morning and was pissed at myself!! I looked down and saw an 8. I began to mentally chastising myself for eating something wrong, not exercising enough, etc! My scale has a memory and records my weight and when you loose it turns green. If you gain it goes red. I was perplexed it was green, and I'd weighed 240 last week. Then I looked down again and saw there was a 3 in front of the 8, not a 4!!! I'd lost another 2 lbs!! :-) I'd been stalled for a while, but tried to stick to 18 carbs instead of the 20 to see if it would start up the drops again. Funny how I was so ready to believe I failed first, but in reality I didn't. On the 5th day of no insulin, sugars holding and weight still dropping. Off to the dog park before the rains come.
