69.8 kg today. Got to be pleased with that, considering that I'm full of the cold and feeling miserable. That's 600g down from yesterday, but still a kilo up from Thursday's record low. on the plus side, I can still taste my wife's chili and fresh bread from Thursday and (blush) the whole bbq chicken that she brought home for me yesterday. Here's hoping that I feel better today after listening to and watching football without any beer.
