Hi, I'm new here. Last night after work I was changing into my PJs when I looked down and noticed my feet were swollen. Really, really swollen. I work a desk job, people, this should not be happening. It was gone by the time I went to bed a few hours later, but still, WTH? Terrifying! So, today I have to get serious. Fitbit alone isn't motivating me, so I downloaded this app and Charity Miles and we'll see how it goes. I do strength training and yoga, but the food has not been what it should be for a while now. I need to be healthy. Whatever that does for my looks is fine and dandy, but I NEED to get healthy.

Welcome! I find that my hands and feet swell when I've had too much sodium. I try to limit it as much as possible, but it's amazing how much salt is in pre-prepared foods. Drinking more water will help with fluid retention.
