Last week went much better. I lost 2.8 pounds.
This next week is my birthday, and this next weekend is Easter. So I am planning to relax a little bit on my diet.
I will try not to go to far off the diet, but I expect that I will gain back a pound or two on my next weigh in.
Hopefully though, that will give my body the shock it needs to get back on the weight loss track and the pounds will pour off a bit more like they are expected too on the Atkins diet.
