No trips to the gym this week. Cannot find the time or energy with trying to coordinate care for Mom in Atlanta. I've demonstrated REALLY poor boundaries this week, and I'll letting HER drama become MY drama.
I've also not done well with regards to balancing protien, fats and carbs. I'm eating WAY too many carbs. Add more chicken to my daily salad?
