Well weighted myself today, I was actually surprised with the results, it was showing 146lb , and this is after a night out at the club with some of my friends, had like 4 drinks of Vodka tonic and only slept for 3 1/2 hrs. Yesterday when I weighted myself it was showing 147.5. Thats strange, I dont want to lose more than 2lb's a week. Ill try to eat a little more this week and reach 145 in 7 days from today, thats 1lb less than what im losing weekly so I guess I should do ok.
