Well, not as good as I had hopped, but it is a great start! I didn't follow the eating portion of detox to the "t", but did very good with things. I am feeling pretty good about everything and really getting back into working out! My hubby and I ordered the Insanity work out dvd's so just waiting for those to come in, can't wait he is actually going to do them with me! Well, pushing forward and going to work hard to reach my goal this time. I have a month to lose some more before we head to Mexico for our anniversary and then when we get back I will be going full force again! Wish me luck!

You're doing the 3 month Fat Smash? I've watched the infomercials for Insanity - it looks CRAZY! I have the P90X dvds and man, those are tough. Good luck with it, it's nice that you'll have your husband to keep you motivated.
