Weighted myself today, actually went up .5lb but thats ok, i feel a lot more slimmer and can see i have lost fat and added muscle mass so im ok with the results, still have some fat left on my abdomen and legs that i would like to get rid of and obtain a more defined look. Have maintained a good diet this week, no alcohol and most things ive eaten were pretty healthy. Ill see if i can reach 145 by next week.
