Survived close contact over the weekend with noname as we were at our sons black belt ceremonies. We did dinner and ice cream at nearby Ventura Beach. Really nice to get near the ocean. More rocks for my collection.
So, weight has been steady, even through a day off diet & fasting. Maybe my strength exercises are helping. Got some amazing cannabis vaporizer pens. Easy to use and help my pain, adhd and sleep so fucking well. Sending some to my ailing mom back on the east coast.
