Nice post cheat/indulgence/spike day weigh in on Sunday. 225.4 down 1.6 from yesterday.

Lower today than I was this past Monday, so I am set for a good week, and I feel great!

Yesterday ate right, made a whole bunch of baked chicken for the week as usual. This time I tried it with Salsa/Peppers/Onions and it came out pretty much the same when it was Ragu/Peppers/Onions. So, I may just stick with that or maybe just come canned tomatoes. I also need to look into getting rid of that fat that ends up in the pan/gravy. Not sure I am committed enough here to go skinless, or how much that would even matter. Chicken is pretty greasy, even my kids say so.

Did a long bike ride last night too, at an hour. That means I have ridden about 3 hours this weekend. My legs and butt are tight! Even my core is completely tight too. I can tell I did something! My hands have been getting numb and sore, so I ordered some gloves. They had some on base for 35 bucks, but online the price is lower for much better product.

I started playing Witcher 2 yesterday, just into the intro section. Heck, I was on it yesterday afternoon and decided "To hell with this video game, I need a bike ride". If that is not progress, I dont know what is.

Just had lunch where I cut my chicken off the bone and stir fried it with peppers and onions to make a burrito. I was pleased to find out a half chicken here contains about 7 ozs of meat. That is like 350 calories. I eat that at work quite a bit and enter it as 700 calories. So I am shortchanging myself something (rather than cheating, lol). No worries. It all balances out.

I was quite sore last night in bed, and I have told myself I would not bike ride today. Right now I want to ride my bike! I listed to the Queen song last night on the bike ride "Bicycle Race", love it. I wanted to ring my bell along with the song, but I was passing many Bahraini ladies in the traditional black hijab, so I did not want to frighten them. Fat American riding by ringin his bell. lol
