Sooo.....the night before Thanksgiving, I slipped and fell on our stairs (we've been in the house a year and a half, I'm surprised it took me this long to slip on them) --- landed pretty hard on my tailbone, which is impeding my workouts.
Add to that the terrible eating habits I seem to slip in to right around TOM, and its a recipe for weight gain :(
At least I made it through Monday.
