TBH it's more about luck than good judgement. The biggest contributer to my weight loss was cutting down on beer while eating less. As long as I stay away from beer, I can basically eat what I want.

Oops, I should say that my stomach has shrunk a fair bit and I avoid fast food places. So, it takes less to fill me and I'm not loading up with KFC, Burger King, etc....
