146lb today, went down .5, im happy with the results though as i have noticed that with the new workout that i started 2 weeks ago i have been able to loose fat but at the same time i gained muscle weight, so even though .5 might not look like a big deal i feel as i have lost 2lb in total, i can tell im almost at my goal.
