222 Even today.

Went to our breakfast buffet and ate essentially my whole "normal day's" calories in one sitting! I am doubting thats true, but oh well... It was good, not great. They did have a little pork section off to the side, which was simply ham and very horrible british/eurotrash sausages. Yech! Where is the M.F'ing Jimmy Dean! I did manage to put a hurting on the pancakes (more like crepes), croissants, and a fresh made veggie omelet. Even when I am pigging out I eat better, lol. Anyhow, the breakfast was free as it is part of a discount book we get each year.

It was a nice morning out for the wife and I, she has a baby shower later, so both of our cheat day's are today.

I did do something very different which confirms this journey I am on... I cooked and ate Salmon last night! I generally loathe salmon. It was pretty good, with a little soy/brown sugar (tiny bit) glaze. I served it over vegetables with a butter nut squash as our starch.

I also worked out with weights yesterday for about 20 minutes. The gym at our compound is quite nice, and I can do my chest and arms in a very short time. I am wicked sore today! I will definitely add this to my weekend routine, maybe twice a week, or more, who knows. As I have shared recently, my upper body is feeling neglected. All the walking and biking has left the upper half flabby/fatty, while my legs and butt are getting turned into steel!

And yesterday ended with a bike ride, and more computer fun. Our ISP has recently introduced "Unlimited weekends" so no more quota's. Well, I downloaded 15G of stuff in one day, and now I dont know what to get. Mainly movies and TV shows.

Anyway, time to face reality. Its a beautiful day today!
