This is depressing it's up and down and up and down all the time. I'm not eating any krap in fact haven't left the house for a week and eating all the good stuff that we have here (ok I do have a whisky or 3 in the evenings). Not doing any cardio because it's far too hot and I can't / won't ride a bicyle on this soft red sand. Can hardly ride a motorbike on it. I am stretching and working on my flexibility and strength and doing pole dancing. Nothing major though. Can't wait for the cooler weather so I can start to cycle again and in Feb ballet starts again
