Ha! Yay! Finally down below 140. It might be by only .1 pounds, but hey! Works for me! Means I'm on the right track. So...... I'll keep doing the intermittent fasting thing- 16/8 on non-gig days and the best I can on gig days. I noticed that it has been since July that I was at this weight. And a few years since I was 135.5. I can not wait! I was able to wear a dress I hadn't worn in a while last night. I have a closet full of great dresses that I will be able to wear again in just a few pounds. Yahoo!
