Kinda sad about only losing a pound this last week, I really haven’t been as active though due to sciatica pain which is debilitating for me (I was down the whole weekend).
Thankfully I stuck with my diet though even though I so wanted some comfort from food.
I am still proud of myself for the week I put in, after all I did lose 10.75 inches!
I’m getting back to my daily workout grind today, I’m feeling a lot better.
