The excitement, and after that Buffet session. this is so amazing. I keep telling myself that its not about the scale, but I can't help seeing the number dropping and being excited. Waking up at 5:30, walking 3km, and 2.80km after work has just been paying off - being sore had never felt good.
Hunger sessions, No reoccurring snaccident, No Sugar, Adios to Coke and parting with my best friends (Bread Pasta Vetkoek pizza) has been worth it - bad influence you are.
everyday I cross my my fingers, hoping I fall off the wagon, I don't gain it back (MY FEAR). blah blah blah rambling away... I'm still excited, this morning I shall skip the walk and go back to sleep for another hour 😀😀😀
