why am i holding steady @ 194. this right here is gettn a bit frustrating. i am suffering for nothing thats how i feel. but i know ther has to b a bigger plan for me. i will do anything to b healthy and lose weight at the same time. i feel like screaming.! i will continue to pass on the deserts and junk food. hope something happens soon. i have been 194 to 191 to 196 since Feb.

You may need to change things up a little. If you don't exercise, start. If you do exercise, change it up. Add something new in to challenge your muscles. Change up your duration, or up your intensity. Change up the foods you eat. Eat as clean as you can (lot's fresh lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies). You can try eating smaller meals with some protein at each meal every few hours. Just keep going and you will push through it.

I do exercise...five days a week. Never on the same machine everyday. I have reduced my calorie intake and I appreciate the feed back. I now eat a lot lower calories, since talking to my dietitian.
