This weight-gain appears to have been as a result of all the crappy foods on Thurs, Fri, and Sat (eating out, 2 drinks, 2 chinese meals etc.). I'm hoping a lot is the high salt from the chinese food and that drinkign water (as I've been doing all day today, and eating veggies etc.) will lose this sudden increase...also, I feel bloated and big--whatver happend to the lighter version of me from last week???
