Woohoo, Down to a weight lower than last week at this time. 215.4

Man, I was stressing about that mega cheat day last week, and the weight gain from it. Turns out all is well.

I have ridden my bicycle the last 4 days in a row. I feel good doing it even. Last night when I left it was 107 degrees, through most of the ride by the water, it was 100 degrees, and when I got home it was 103. It was hard to breathe when I headed out, but then it got OK. And when I was coming back in the last few minutes it all hit me. It was wicked hot. I stay well hydrated. Its wild on the bike I dont sweat or feel wet, but once I stop, I get drenched, especially after the ride.

Today, Cereal, Sensible Lunch, and Class Tonight. The problem is the class tonight. I have to eat beforehand. I wont eat that crap from the bowling alley this semester! This semester I have classes Sun & Tues. So Sunday I am off and can eat at home before class. Tues, I have to thing ahead of time.

Excellent progress...I'm stumbling all over the place. I meant to weigh in last night, but forgot (actually just got too late & went to bed) I'm jealous that you have found an activity that you enjoy, even though you have to push yourself...part of my weakness (other that procrastination) is these forums and others, I spend hours on the computer in the evening when I should be outside doing "stuff"...that's my goal, to change my lazy ways & get out and enjoy life more! Later.
