As Phooka says keep at it. I think most of us have gone through times when results have had us scratching our head, I know I have. I had a period in Jan/Feb where I put on almost a kilo but didn't know how. A couple of weeks later back to normal. You're a bright guy you'll get there. Have a great weekend.
