sad post for me, but had to put it out there. I was on a 8 week challenge & for 4 of those weeks I experienced my all-time low & health issues. Sad 'cause I know this is 100% not the results if u give your all for 8 weeks!!!

I love it when u guys post these pics. It takes a lot of guts but then I see it's not so bad because it's mostly love all round in the comments. Great job girl 💛

@iceynino I never in my life thought I would have posted something like this 'cause yes people can be cruel, but just thought I'm so hard on myself let me take a chance and see what other's might think. This builds up my motivation again when feeling down and out ❤

honey you are doing great....and if at first you don succeed....try and tray again. I can see a huge difference in your hip bones and wrist bones. The scale tells me I am losing weight but when I look in the mirror all I see are my fat spots and I dont even see where ZI have lost weight. It always helps when others direct us to see the good and it sort of gives us an extra push to try again and try harder! You will get there. And dont let anyone tell u where "there" is, because only you will know when you are happy with the way you look.

Thank you so much @MellaGray!! That is so true!! Which I just learnt today...again..is that the scale and our own minds and eyes are so deceiving! Keep strong girl! I think of covering all the fullbody mirrors in the house for a week LOL ... It might just be me, but most of the time I'll walk past and judge myself after a cheat meal or when it's a good week and by Thursday/Friday I see progress already, I'll "treat" myself.....for the whole weekend🙈 The mind is so annoying haha. But I'm learning to take power over it, and not letting it have power over me!
