Well, I'm not really surprised. I figured that last week's lost had more to do with not eating enough and since I've resumed my normal eating patterns, I've "even-ed out." I feel like this is the weight I should've hit last week (around 3lbs lost instead of 6). It just sucks to see it and get it taken away so quick! LOL With this weigh-in, I'm not sure I'll be able to make my mini-goal of under 300lbs by the end of April. I don't think I'll make these "timeline" goals any more. I want to be healthy and I need to lose weight in order to be that...regardless of the time it will take. :) Have a great week everyone!

I get the whole "timeline" problem. It has kept me from succeeeding for years. I think we need to just keep going forward and not reflect on the past. Hope your week is wonderful.

Hey Mel! Yeah,those 'time-line' goals CAN be frustrating,GRRR! No matter how hard I try NOT to make them myself--I CAN'T help myself and make another! Just anxious I guess! But you are doing fantastic,and hope your week goes super-duper :)

Just keep up the work and everything will fall into place it is frustrating to see the numbers go up, however you did see at a number that made you happy and by next week you will see it again. You are doing so well just remind yourself of how far you have come.
