Despite the fact that the last week or two I've felt really crummy & been in a state about whether or not I'm going to get oral surgery (and thus been eating whatever whenever and maybe not walking as much) I've gone and weighed myself at boots this morning.

I like using the scale there since it gives me a print out (I tape them to the wall by my desk) and it gives me something concrete to look at.
I'm very happy that I've managed to lose another 2 pounds, to bring me to a total of 10 pounds off so far. That's not bad, considering that I've only been at it for about a month (march 21st) to today. ;) Let's hope I can get back on the ball and keep rolling!!
