Yesterday, I wore my bike shorts instead of my long pants to Bootcamp, and Angel commented that my legs are toning up quite nicely. But the best part about yesterday's workout was NO KNEE PAIN -- nada, nothing.
I had a bit of a problem with the squats on the balancing board, though. I couldn't jump over correctly, so Angel accused me of pretending to not be able to do them -- and promptly snatched my sweaty towel from me. She's messed up like that.
I get so tired everyday, but whenever I go to Bootcamp and work out, I feel really good. I get tired doing it too, but it's a good tired. I'm going to the gym today after work so I can work on strengthening my stomach. I managed to do ten sit-ups yesterday, while holding a ten-pound weight. BAM!
