I started my vacation today and I am trying not to stress over it. I have been doing really well the past few weeks, I have already decided I’m going to just continue eating low carb and I’m not going to let myself have any cheat meals. I know once I have one bad meal I won’t eat healthy again for a while....sad, but true. I just don’t do well unless I set strict guidelines. Just drink a lot of water and keep going!!! You can do it!
