Olive oil- best uncooked eg drizzled over salads nuts and seeds- best raw avoes for cooking- small amounts of butter or avocado oil- saturated fats are better for heating as they are more stable. vegetable seed oil eg canola and sunflower cook well but they release a chemical called an aldehyde which is bad for human bodies

Avos. olives. eggs. nuts. seeds. olive oil. coconut oil. avo oil. ghee. butter. lard. fish like salmon, sardines, tuna...

Cool. Thanks for everyone’s responses. Apparently I’m not too far off track. Hoping to have lost some weight by end of this week.
