Olive oil- best uncooked eg drizzled over salads
nuts and seeds- best raw
avoes
for cooking- small amounts of butter or avocado oil- saturated fats are better for heating as they are more stable.
vegetable seed oil eg canola and sunflower cook well but they release a chemical called an aldehyde which is bad for human bodies
