2 awesome things happened this past week: first of all, I lost 5 POUNDS!! And last night when I was getting ready to go out, I decided to put on a dress I haven't worn in a couple of years--of course because it no longer fit well & I was uncomfortable in it. I'm happy to report I wore the dress out all night, rather comfortably. It fits like a glove now, which I realized the minute I put it on & it brought the biggest smile to my face. It was an amazing feeling. And now every time that I need a little motivation, I'll remember that feeling.
