These green smoothies are really filling! And they're pretty good, not sweet like banana based smoothies. My one came out a bit thick today, so it was almost like a pudding. Still good. I'll need to stock up on more spinach soon though. Also, I'm really starting to enjoy the taste of almond milk. My plate looks a bit empty below, because I forgot to serve the carrots when I took the picture. I ate them raw.

Workout was good, but had to cut the short HIIT cardio session out because of time.

I was just contemplating where my diet choices fall. I refer to it as non-keto low carb, but it's probably on the lower end of moderate carbs I think? Most days I take in between 75g and 100g carbs a day, which is obviously not banting low, but not really what most classify as moderate. *shrugs*

It works for me, and I guess that's what matters most.
