Run Report: Last night's run started out well, but about 1/2 mile in the hip started paining me. I ended up walking the middle third of my run so that I could get a moderate distance (1.5 mile) in without over working my hip again. Hip feels about the same today as yesterday so I think that was a good plan. Next run will be on Sunday night... hopefully 2 miles, as long as my hip holds together. Will continue icing it in the meanwhile.
