Today's supper was simple but so good. Lot's of vegetables with mince over zucchini noodles. Made my latest attempt at coconut flour porridge (added cocoa powder and the choc macadamia nut butter). Not bad. Honestly, I don't know if my attempts are getting better or I'm just getting used to it, lol!

I've had grapes 2 days in a row which is a bit more fruit than I'm used to. But this week is the first time I've had grapes all summer. They were very sweet, and I'm not sure if that was because they were naturally that way or because I'm not used to eating sweeter fruits.

Did jump rope/skipping for my workout today. What a challenge!!! I only do 20 minutes, but I really get the heart pumping. I'll have to try and do it more often.
