I didn't feel like regulating myself this week because work was long and very hard. My whole body ached the last 3 days and I wanted to pamper myself. But I didn't I actually was too tired to eat LOL
I lost nearly 2 pounds so I was pleasantly surprised.
I do not want to focus on how much more I have to go but rather try to reach my next 10% goal which will be 208 pounds I will be more than happy to go there
But first 10 pounds at a time so next mini goal is 220 pounds
