Definitely sprained my wrist. Dammit. Today was supposed to be my upper body weight day, but now I guess I'm gonna have to do cardio instead. I hate cardio. It's painful and I can't do it any other way. But it's all means to an end. If Natalie can do 2 cardio sessions in a day, I can do one. Although, I don't see how ANYONE can wake up at 5 in the morning to do that! Jeez... Well, it's not 5 a.m. and I can definitely get it done today. The question always is, am I doing enough?

Sorry to hear about your wrist! That sucks. I have a bulged disc in my neck, so I am limited in what I can do as well :(

Thanks guys!! I'm not using my right arm at all for the time being since I have to use it to hand-write my 3 days of exams. I'm really itching to get back into the weight room. I've limited myself to lower body machines and cardio for a week and we'll see how it goes. I just hope my muscles don't atrophy while I'm off of the weights. I was just starting to see some really nice definition in my shoulders and arms too. I LOVE LOVE LOVE lifting weights.
