It's been a while since I journalled or weighed myself. I found Thanksgiving, as well as the before and after difficult. It took a while to get back on track, but here I am and doing fine. I'm close to my goal weight and I think that makes my motivation a little weaker. I can talk myself into eating more, more easily. At some point I have to learn how to maintain, and that means eating a little more. I guess that's all part of the learning curve.
