does anyone ever worry or think of plaque build up around your arteries from all the high fat food?

I have fibro and back injuries, so exercise is almost impossible. But this diet has worked for me. I've lost 20 pounds so far and all my blood test have shown improvement(LDL, HDL TRIG. ETC) so no I don't worry about it now. Test show that doesn't happen.

Nope. Not really. For the reasons Momma Patti gave. Atkins done right is good for you. My fat is mostly in mayo or something that is naturally fat about what I am eating.And butter. But I don't ever over do it. I eat a little more than I normally would but I don't sit down and just munch on butter and olive oil.
