ok thank you ladies for babysitting me today am going to bed and sleep till its ok funny but in the morning i won't be hungry or want anything... went over on the carbs today but the calories were good and it was atkins friendly so hopefuly the cravings will be less tommarrow at least the fatigue and headaches are here so i must be doin ok lol can't imagine i am lookin forward to feeling like crap!

Something else to add - just found a post in the "food and recipies" secton about the benefits of flaxmeal flax oil, etc, and besides all the good things it does for you it can curb hunger. Maybe take a look tomorrow. I eat MiM (muffin in a minute) almost every day with flaxmeal - perhaps that helps the hunger too, but a MiM with cream cheese and a cup of tea - I feel like I'm having a treat.
