my son came home last night from training and friends wanted us to come over for dinner usually i would have said no and made an excuse but i wanted to spend time with him so i went. had a good time and didn't go over my carb count by too much! and this morning was weight day and i have managed to loose a bit and all that i had regained! so today is shaping up pretty good! have per planned my food for the day and saved 2 carbs and some calories for a snack later on thinkin poppers!hope everone is having a good day!

yeah keli it is nice! and thank you! seems the past 10 days since he has been gone has been eventful all the way around for me so hopefuly things will quiet for awhile!
