Started using ChartMySelf.com to experiment with my sleep quality, and I can tell a huge difference in just 3 days! Slept 7 hours last night, no bathroom runs, and woke at 6.15 before alarm went off. Not had a restful night like that in way too long. Did one-legged stands for 10 minutes before bed. And I lost another pound! food diary
