MORNING LOSERS!!!
It is very easy to give up when the scale is not moving as fast as you would like.
I have made so many healthy changes in my life in a few short weeks and neglect to celebrate these changes.
Yes, maybe I don't lose as much weight as fast as A, B & C. (But I am losing) Maybe I don't follow the strict program D, E & F is following (But I am losing). Maybe I don't work out as much as G, H & I does (But I am losing).
But what I HAVE DONE is CUT OUT SUGAR DRINKS FROM MY DIET; DRINK MUCH MORE WATER THAN I EVER HAVE IN MY LIFE; LIMIT COMPLEX CARBS IN MY DIET & COUNT MY CALORIES RELIGIOUSLY.
My life style is different from A to I. I might have less time to exercise because my life is extremely busy. I might lose weight slower than A to I because I have higher stress levels.
My body has different needs. My body has a different composition. My life is different.
Do the BEST you can and trust the process.
HAVE PATIENCE! DON'T GIVE UP TO SOON!
STOP COMPARING YOURSELF AND YOUR PROGRESS WITH OTHERS.
