Went out of town for the weekend. My kids do moedeling and acting so we went out of town do work this weekend. I had done my skip a shot day on Friday and when we crossed the state line saturday I remembered that I not only forgot to get my hcg shot in the morning but I also forgot to bring a shot for Sunday. AHH!!! It was too late to go back so I just tried to do as best as possible. I tried to stick to the diet but was hungrier so I did allow myself to eat a bit more as far as quantities, etc. I gained a pound people :-( but o well. My kids had a blast and worked like pros!!! It was a fun weekend and I learned my lesson, never forget your HCG!!!

Goong up only 1 pound is really quite good considering the circumstances!!
You should be very proud of yourself!!How nice that your kids do modeling and acting. My daughter did that for a while also. How old are your kids? Ellie
