Well it only seems like 5 minutes ago it was Friday afternoon and now here it's Monday afternoon! Blink and the weekend is over. And of course, being the weekend, I did go over my calories. Sigh!

On a good note, back out for a run today a lunch time. The weather is soooo nice out there and feeling really good that I did my run in under 24 minutes which is a first for me!! My average speed was 6:53 per km which to me is amazing! And after I cooled out (which didn't take long) I felt like going back out there and doing it again. Unfortunately, I can't as I have to get back to work!

Going over to the farm tonight to get a small load of hay off the wagon and into the hay mow. That will burn a few calories!

On a side note - my little guy has progressed to wearing underwear and using the potty! Soo proud of him and loving the idea of not having to change diapers any more!

Weekends are getting to me again too...arghhh...I love summer but in the winter time I had more control over eating on the weekends.

6:53, wow, I'm proud of myself when I'm under 9 minutes a K. If that doesn't burn off some of those calories nothing will, even hay!
