I started 2nd week of CrossFit, which was great but intense, & being really sore both messed up my cardio and made me a lot more hungry! Difficult :(
I'm off track with my weight loss this week; however, I have figured out how to space out my workouts better next week so I can skip a day of workout after CrossFit & do cardio the next day, then CrossFit again, to not be too sore. & For my diet I will add a low-cal protein shake on CrossFit days in the morning, & a QuestBar protein bar in the late afternoon, to not be as hungry those days.
