YES!!! at last I'm in the 220's. . .it has not been easy. I don't cheat but do have a all or nothing mind set so it's been hard to fight with my head trying to stay on this diet. I'm glad I have so far. 6 more lbs and I'll be down 40lbs since August, not bad :-D.
Thank you Jesus for giving me the strength!!!!!!
