I'm annoyed by pants.

Two weeks ago I went to a Gap outlet store and I found a great pair of jeans. The size 10 fit perfectly and I wore them several times the next week. I decided that I liked them so much I was going to get another pair even though Gap jeans can be a little expensive.

I went to a different outlet store this past weekend and decided to buy two pairs because they were 20% off and I had a 30% off coupon on top of that. It was their friends & family event so the store was above and beyond it's normal outlet store crazy. Found two pairs and there was a waiting line to try stuff on so I decided to just get them because the other ones fit so well with even a little wiggle room (I really, really hate tight jeans).

Got home and both pairs were too snug. And, one of the pairs was the wrong cut, guess I didn't look closely enough. They have a 30 day return policy, so my goal is to fit in them within the next 30 days or return them.

I'm restarting my half-marathon training because I really just wasn't feeling all the running the past two months. I'm taking it slow and really learning to pay attention to my body.

I bought the book ChiRunning last week and I've been reading it a lot lately. It's supposedly a way to learn running techniques that leave you much less prone to injury. The guy who wrote it has run ultra-marathons up to 100miles! I doubt I'd ever ever want to run that far, but to complete a marathon someday would be nice. My knees are really whats been stopping me lately.

Wow, that is crazy about the jeans. As for the running, I sure wish I could but my knees are soooo bad, so I walk instead. Of course I am a year or two older than you! Thanks for the buddy invite. Glad to accept!
