As I've had to change my diet with the no dairy and sugar, I've inadvertently lost a bit of weight. Not a lot, but cutting out sugar is doing it. I miss sugar, but my chin has cleared up, so this motivates me to stay away from the stuff.

Sugar I can give up but just not ready to give up dairy. I get terrible cracks in the corners of my mouth if I don't have yogurt - the doc said it was something about too much water flushing bacteria needed in gut or something like that.
