up and at it! yesterday was bad on not eating enough and today i paid for it no weight loss it just seems i am eating all the time lol! but thats ok if i was eating the old way i would be eating all the time to right? on with the day and i will not be exersizing with out food today ate the nasty stuff first thing this morning just keep reminding my self food is not a treat food is not something to do food is what my body requires to function properly.
