To answer some questions..I started 4 months after I had my baby in Aug 2019 - and didn’t do anything the first month of lockdown.. so all in all 10 months..best tips are: patience is key..you didn’t pick up weight in 10 weeks..and you won’t lose it in that time either..don’t do fad diets..make a lifestyle change..I stay away from anything in a bottle, packet or box (processed) - I have the odd take away..but mostly eat good carbs and whole foods..lots of fruit and veg..and consistency..have that burger or doughnut but always get back into it and keep going - it must be something that you can keep doing for the rest of your life..and do activities/excercises you enjoy - like I take my baby for a 3km walk every day ☺️
